TRE Returns & Shipping Policy

At TRE, we take pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship and premium quality products. To ensure a seamless experience, please review our policy below:

Shipping Policy

  • Domestic Orders (Riyadh): Orders placed before 12 PM (Riyadh time) are processed and shipped the same day. Delivery timelines may vary based on carrier availability.

  • Domestic Orders (Outside Riyadh): Orders are shipped within 48 hours of placement. Delivery may take up to 5 business days depending on your location within Saudi Arabia.

 

Returns Policy

 

Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, customers must submit clear photos of the product(s) via email or our portal for approval.

Process:

  1. Contact our team at [returns@trecookware.com] or via Whatsapp (+966 000000000 ) to request a return authorization.

  2. Once approved, ship the item(s) to our warehouse. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  3. Refunds are issued only after the product is received and inspected at our warehouse. Unboxing of the product package does not render the product illegible provided that the package and internal components associate with the product is intact. However the use of the product i.e. Cooking using it. Make it illegible for returns and void the return agreement. 

Refunds:

  • Refunds cover the original product cost (excluding shipping fees).

  • Funds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval post product inspection.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Customized, engraved, or personalized items.

  • Final sale products (clearly marked at purchase).

  • Consumables (e.g., wax, cleaners, perishables).

  • Items damaged due to misuse or not in their original condition.

 

Gifts & Promotions

  • Gift with Purchase: To qualify for a full refund, both the primary product and gift must be returned intact. If the gift is missing, its retail value will be deducted from your refund.

  • Discounts: Promotions or “Gift with Purchase” offers cannot be combined with other discounts.
